Java Burn Ingredients Dosage Review: What Is in the Serum?

Java Burn names chlorogenic acid, green tea (Camellia sinensis), chromium, L-carnitine, L-theanine and an unnamed vitamin complex, but publishes no Supplement Facts label and no amount for any of them. Human studies used set doses, such as 500 mg a day of chlorogenic acid or 1 to 3 g of L-carnitine, so none can be compared with a Java Burn serving.

Part of our Java Burn overview. Last checked October 20, 2026.

Java Burn ingredients dosage is not disclosed anywhere the vendor publishes: the sales page names six ingredient groups but gives no amount, form or Supplement Facts label for any of them[1]. That matters because the research used set doses. One meta-analysis of chlorogenic acid only counted trials at 500 mg a day or more[4], and nobody outside the company can say whether a serving of Java Burn comes close.

Java Burn ingredients at a glance

Java Burn lists six ingredient groups and an amount for none of them. The grades below rate the human evidence for weight at the doses studied, not the product, because the product has no trial.

IngredientWhat human studies testedAmount disclosed?Evidence grade (weight)
Chlorogenic acidWeight, BMI, blood pressureNo; source (such as green coffee) not statedLimited
Camellia sinensis (green tea)Weight and weight maintenanceNo; no EGCG or caffeine figureWeak

The same names appear on the powder packet page at javaburn.com, also without amounts[2].

What is in each Java Burn ingredient, and what does research say?

Each ingredient has some human research, and in every case the studied dose is unknown territory for Java Burn. Here is what each one is, what trials found, and the dose they used.

Chlorogenic acid

Chlorogenic acid is a plant compound found in coffee, and green coffee bean extract is its usual supplement source. A meta-analysis of 16 trials found BMI fell slightly (0.40 kg/m2) while body weight did not change significantly; trials shorter than 4 weeks showed no effect[3]. A smaller analysis of 3 trials (103 people) at 500 mg a day or more found 1.30 kg more weight loss than placebo[4].

ODS calls the trials few and of "poor methodological quality"[5]. Grade: limited.

Green tea (Camellia sinensis)

Green tea extracts are sold for their catechins, mainly EGCG, and most also contain caffeine. A Cochrane review found green tea preparations produce a small, statistically non-significant weight loss; outside Japan, BMI moved by 0.2 kg/m2[6]. A safety review of 159 human studies set a safe intake of 338 mg of EGCG a day for solid doses[7]. Java Burn gives no EGCG figure. Grade: weak.

Chromium

Chromium is a trace mineral. A Cochrane review found "no current, reliable evidence" that it helps with weight loss[8]. Trials used 200 to 1,000 mcg a day, and the Adequate Intake for adults is 25 to 35 mcg a day[9]. Java Burn states neither the amount nor the form, such as picolinate. Grade: weak.

L-carnitine

L-carnitine has the largest body of weight trials among the six. A meta-analysis of 37 trials found modest extra weight loss against placebo in adults with overweight or obesity, at 1 to 3 g a day[10]. That is a gram-scale dose, and a whole Java Burn packet weighs 2.5 g. Grade: limited.

L-theanine

L-theanine is an amino acid from tea leaves. We found no human trial of it for weight or body fat. A meta-analysis of 31 trials found a single 200 mg dose improved reaction time, with a modest effect on stress driven by lower-quality studies[11]. Grade: weak for weight.

"Vitamin Complex"

The vendor does not say which vitamins are in it or how much. That cannot be graded. If you take a multivitamin or B-complex, compare the two labels once the bottle arrives.

How transparent is the Java Burn formula?

The formula is not transparent: Java Burn calls it a "proprietary formula" and "patent-pending" without giving a patent number, a label or any amount[1]. Common label image paths on the vendor sites returned errors when we checked.

Some arithmetic is possible for the powder. The pouch reads "NET WT. 2.64 OZ (75 G)" for 30 packets, so each packet weighs 2.5 g for all six groups plus anything else in it[2]. For the serum sold through our link, the serving is never defined in drops or ml, so not even that much can be worked out.

Dose figures you see on other websites did not come from a published vendor label. If any list differs from the label on your bottle, the bottle wins. Our check is dated October 20, 2026; the label may change.

Java Burn ingredient safety and interactions

The main safety questions are green tea and caffeine. NCCIH reports that green tea extract can cause nausea and raised blood pressure, and in uncommon cases liver injury, mostly from extract pills[12]. Green tea and any caffeine add to your coffee, and the total is unknown.

Chromium can interact with insulin, diabetes medicines and levothyroxine[9]. L-carnitine raises TMAO, a marker linked to hardening of the arteries, and has case reports with warfarin[13]. The full list, with who should ask a doctor first, is on our Java Burn side effects page.

Do these ingredients prove Java Burn works?

No. Ingredient studies show what a measured dose did in a defined group, and Java Burn publishes neither its doses nor a trial of its own. The best single-ingredient results are about 1 kg of extra weight loss in small, short trials.

We set out the evidence levels and realistic results on does Java Burn work. If you decide to try it, read the label as soon as it arrives and keep the 60-day refund window in mind; directions are on how to take Java Burn.

Frequently asked questions

What is the dosage of each Java Burn ingredient?

The vendor does not say. Java Burn names chlorogenic acid, green tea, chromium, L-carnitine, L-theanine and a vitamin complex, but publishes no Supplement Facts label and no amount for any of them. Read the label on the bottle when it arrives. Checked October 20, 2026.

How much chromium is in Java Burn?

The amount and form are not disclosed. For comparison, weight trials used 200 to 1,000 mcg a day, and the Adequate Intake for adults is 25 to 35 mcg a day. A Cochrane review found no reliable evidence that chromium helps weight loss.

Does Java Burn contain caffeine?

Probably some. The green tea component may add caffeine, and chlorogenic acid from green coffee contains caffeine unless decaffeinated, but Java Burn states no caffeine amount or source. Count it on top of the caffeine already in your coffee.

Is the Java Burn serum the same formula as the packets?

The vendor uses the same ingredient names for the liquid serum and the powder packets, at the same prices, and publishes no label for either. Whether the amounts match cannot be checked from the vendor pages.

Which Java Burn ingredient has the best evidence?

Chlorogenic acid and L-carnitine have the most supportive weight data, with about 1 kg of extra loss or a modest effect in trials. Both used set doses, 500 mg or more and 1 to 3 g a day, that Java Burn does not confirm.
